Our Doha restaurant is looking for an Executive Chef to join our team. We are seeking a creative and experienced chef who is passionate about cooking to create delicious meals that will please customers.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in an executive role. The successful candidate must be well-versed in all aspects of the culinary arts and able to motivate their team, as well as manage the kitchen’s budget and ensure profitability. A formal culinary education or certification is preferred.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, creating innovative menus that reflect our restaurant’s cuisine, monitoring food purchases to maintain quality standards, preparing high-quality dishes within cost targets, developing staff skills and providing training where necessary, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and managing the work schedules of staff members. The successful candidate should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively with their team members.
