We are looking for a talented Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. We offer competitive salary of 1100 and we would be happy to consider a foreigner who is interested in working with us.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring land areas and verifying the accuracy of survey data. You will also ensure that all surveys are conducted according to established standards and regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, knowledge of surveying instruments, and experience with AutoCAD software.

The ideal candidate should have:
• Knowledge of surveying principles and practices
• Familiarity with GPS systems
• Ability to interpret data from maps, drawings, charts and aerial photography
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying preferred

In this role, you will:
• Perform field surveys using traditional surveying instruments (total station, level) or GPS receivers
• Measure boundaries to determine land position and area size
• Mark points on the ground based on survey data
• Prepare topographic maps showing land contour lines or other features such as roads etc.
• Interpret data collected from aerial imagery or satellite images

• Prepare reports summarizing survey results according to specifications
