Cashier – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, as well as providing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, utilizing the point of sale system
• Receive payment by cash, credit cards, debit cards or other methods
• Issue receipts and refunds when necessary
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
• Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Answer customers’ questions and provide information on procedures or policies.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly
