We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the restaurant, including ensuring that it operates within budget and meets its financial targets, as well as providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. The successful candidate must have excellent people skills, an eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the staff, scheduling shifts, managing the budget, developing marketing plans, and ensuring food safety regulations are met. They will need to develop creative strategies to attract customers and ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently high. The Restaurant Manager will also need to work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and pricing standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience in Dubai or a similar environment. They should also be highly organized with strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success in managing restaurants. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred but not required. Fluent English is also required; fluency in any other language is an advantage.
