We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial reporting. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a passion for the food and hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills with experience in managing staff, scheduling shifts, and resolving customer issues. You must be able to create an environment where employees feel valued and respected while promoting a positive work atmosphere. You should also have solid problem-solving abilities with an ability to maintain high standards of quality control.

Additionally, you should possess the financial acumen needed to understand cost analysis and budgeting while ensuring that all financial goals are met. With a focus on guest satisfaction, you must be able to ensure excellent service is provided at all times. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with minimal work experience required. The salary offered for this role is 1800 AED per month.
