We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.

The primary responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth running of the restaurant, and provide excellent customer service. This includes managing staff, ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times, handling customer complaints, setting and meeting performance targets, preparing financial reports, and carrying out marketing activities to promote the business. The Restaurant Manager should also be familiar with menu items and be able to assist customers with their orders.

We require a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position; excellent people management skills; attention to detail; problem-solving abilities; strong organizational skills; and excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license is also desirable but not essential. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role, so long as they can demonstrate relevant qualifications or experience.
