Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager for our restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and be ready to work hard to ensure the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all staff members adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, stock management, customer service, staff management and financial transactions
• Maintain efficient and effective communication between all staff members and customers
• Create work schedules for staff members and ensuring they are adhered to
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action if necessary
• Monitor food costs and other operational expenses to ensure maximum profitability
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies on a daily basis
• Ensure that health standards are met in accordance with local regulations
• Respond promptly to customer complaints or requests for additional services
• Foster a positive working environment for all staff members.

Salary: 1300 AED per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
