The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have a thorough understanding of the latest dental treatments, techniques, and technologies. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dentistry is essential, as well as at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should also be willing to work flexible hours when needed, possess good problem-solving skills, stay up-to-date with modern dental trends, and be licensed by the relevant local governing bodies.

The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting initial patient consultations, studying x-rays and other images to diagnose root causes of dental problems; performing regular checkups; recommending treatments; providing preventive advice on oral hygiene; filling cavities; extracting teeth; cleaning teeth; whitening teeth; preparing prosthetics; conducting root canal operations; discussing treatment options with patients; scheduling follow-up appointments; collecting payments from clients for services provided; keeping accurate records of all treatment plans/procedures/history/consultations/etc.; maintaining an organized work space at all times; overseeing safety protocols & sterilization methods in the office environment.
