Job Duties:
• Prepare coffee beverages according to customer’s orders or own specialty recipes.
• Provide customers with product details such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
• Explain menu items to customers and answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, dishes, and silverware.
• Grind fresh coffee beans and brew coffee drinks such as espresso-based drinks.
• Receive payment from customers in cash or credit card form.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different customer requests. • Excellent communication skills; ability to speak fluently in English and Arabic is a plus. • Knowledge of brewing techniques for various types of coffee drinks. • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent customer service skills with an appreciation for customer satisfaction. Job Purpose: The Barista will be responsible for preparing quality beverages according to customer requests while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
