Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations in Al-Kuwait
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor performance of staff and provide feedback where necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Oversee budgets, accounts, payrolls and other financial matters
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required • 1+ years of managerial experience is preferred but not required • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Excellent problem solving skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
