We are looking for a Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Job Description:
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for providing quality education and instruction to students according to the agreed curriculum. You will ensure that students develop necessary skills and knowledge in order to achieve their learning objectives. You will also be responsible for assessing student performance and providing feedback that helps them improve their learning outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the individual needs of students
• Maintain records of student progress and provide regular feedback on their progress
• Monitor student attendance, behavior, assessments, and progress reports
• Foster an environment conducive to learning
• Develop curricula that meet the needs of all students
• Stay up-to-date on new developments in teaching methods and educational standards
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and other meetings as needed
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
