Welder job in Sharjah UAE


We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Sharjah. We are offering a salary of 1700 AED and are open to considering immigrants for the position.

The successful candidate should have experience in welding different types of metals, with a demonstrated ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair welding components. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of safety regulations related to welding and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Analyze blueprints or drawings to plan layout and procedures
• Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws)
• Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
• Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces together
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
• Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

Requirements:
• Proven experience as welder (or similar role)
• Familiarity with two or more welding processes (e.g. MIG, TIG, arc)
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Knowledge of relative safety standards
• Attention to detail
