Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Sharjah. As the Barista, you will serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with a smile. Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, espresso shots etc.
• Operate espresso machines efficiently in order to ensure quality drinks are served quickly
• Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in product quality
• Receive payments from customers
• Keep track of inventory levels for coffee beans and other supplies needed for making drinks
• Ensure the cleanliness of the cafe area including counters, tables, chairs etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, polite and engaging in conversations with customers

Desired Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required • Ability to follow standard recipes for making coffee drinks accurately • Knowledge of operating espresso machines safely and efficiently • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in conversations with customers • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to stand for long periods of time
