Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 per month for the successful applicant. We are looking for someone who can work comfortably with customers from multiple backgrounds and cultures, as well as foreigners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks according to customer orders
• Follow proper brewing guidelines for all types of drinks
• Keep all equipment clean and sanitized according to health standards
• Maintain an organized work area with all necessary items stocked
• Offer customers suggestions or samples of new products
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders accurately
• Accept payments from customers in cash or card form
• Answer any customer inquiries regarding menu items or services
• Uphold company standards regarding quality assurance and customer service
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

• Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Ability to multitask efficiently
