Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, from conception to completion. This includes setting timelines and budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project is completed within the agreed upon time frame. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a sound understanding of project management processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources needed, and budget constraints
• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Monitor progress of projects and take corrective action as needed
• Manage risks associated with projects
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
• Liaise with vendors when needed to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Track key performance metrics to ensure successful completion of projects
• Prepare reports on project progress for internal stakeholders
• Analyze results of completed projects to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role in an IT or software development environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing & managing detailed project plans using appropriate tools & methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
• Excellent problem solving skills & attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successful project management over extended periods of time.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.

Salary: 1400 AED/Month
