Office assistant job in Khawr Fakkan UAE for foreigners
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Assistant will act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask. In addition, he or she should have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an office environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Assisting with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
- Assisting in organizing meetings and events
- Updating contact lists
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks
- Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence)
The successful candidate must have great customer service skills; be detail oriented; able to multitask; possess effective communication skills; be organized; able to work independently with minimal supervision; knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to prioritize work assignments; conscientious about accuracy; punctual; dependable. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Foreigners are encouraged to apply and salary is negotiable at 1200 AED/Month
