JOB DESCRIPTION: Executive Chef
Location: Jabal-Ali
Salary: 1500

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is produced and served.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and profitability goals
• Overseeing kitchen staff on a daily basis to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Coordinating with other department heads to ensure food meets their standards and expectations
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen area
• Creating new dishes or revising existing dishes for optimal presentation and flavor
• Taking charge of ordering supplies, managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining budget targets
• Developing team skills in order to create a high-performance kitchen culture
• Training new cooks in proper food preparation processes and techniques

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of culinary trends and experience with international cuisine
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a team
• Proven experience in cost control, sanitation regulations, menu planning, ordering supplies, etc.
