Job Title: Barista
Location: Al Shamkhah City, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1000 AED/month
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al Shamkhah City, United Arab Emirates. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and other specialty drinks.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They should have strong communications skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Previous barista experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare all types of coffee beverages with accuracy and speed
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times
• Provide friendly service to customers
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments correctly
• Follow health standards when handling food items or beverages
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and explain them to customers accurately
• Adhere to all company policies regarding product quality, safety, cleanliness, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management team

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a barista is preferred
• Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Willingness to learn • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
