Accountant (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated accountant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the accounting field.

The main responsibilities of this role include:
• Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Reporting on variances and other financial matters
• Preparing tax returns and other compliance reports
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external parties, including banks, auditors, solicitors, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least two years' experience working in accounting/finance roles
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• Good attention to detail and accuracy skills as well as strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
