Office Manager position available in Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of office operations and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service. The successful Office Manager will possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, orders and invoices
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries from customers
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Maintain filing systems both digital and physical
• Manage office equipment maintenance
• Provide administrative support to staff as needed
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Assist with HR activities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, etc.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role • Knowledge of office operations procedures • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Attention to detail • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Salary: 1300 AED per month We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.
