We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for a professional with excellent organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of business operations, customer service, and employee relations.

To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a competitive environment. A degree or relevant qualifications in business management or related field is preferred but not essential. Good communication skills in both written and verbal English is another must-have requirement.

The Supervisor will be responsible for providing guidance to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, and improving processes by providing regular feedbacks on performance. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. He/she should also be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
