We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 900 AED and be responsible for supervising all aspects of restaurant operations.

Requirements For The Candidate:
• Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Working knowledge of restaurant management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to lead, motivate and train staff
• A valid work permit for Abu Dhabi is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant such as the opening/closing procedures, staffing levels, customer service standards, etc.
• Monitor inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels • Establish relationships with vendors/suppliers to ensure quality food products • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the restaurant. • Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management. • Analyze sales figures regularly to ensure profitability. • Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
