The candidate should have a good understanding of recruiting processes, including assessing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. They must also be able to develop sourcing strategies and build a network of potential candidates. They should be knowledgeable in the local labor market, have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential.
