Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a competent Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination and control of construction projects. He/she will be expected to oversee all aspects of the project, from planning and coordination to budgeting and tracking progress.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. He/she must have strong problem-solving skills, be able to coordinate with various parties involved in the construction process, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. An understanding of local building regulations is also essential.

The Construction Manager’s primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning through to completion. This includes working with architects and engineers to ensure that plans are followed correctly, managing contractors, ensuring that safety regulations are met, ensuring that materials are ordered on time and on budget, and tracking progress throughout the project life cycle. He/she should also ensure that quality standards are met throughout the project life cycle by carrying out regular inspections during each stage of development.

This position is based in Abu-Dhabi and comes with a salary of 1600 AED per month. We welcome applicants from both inside and outside the UAE – however those from outside must prove their eligibility to work here before being considered for the position.
