Supervisor – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with established procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Provide guidance and support to employees, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
• Address customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, such as materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.
• Liaise with other departments when necessary to ensure smooth running of operations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to motivate others and drive high performance levels among team members.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is beneficial.

Salary: 1100 per month (negotiable). We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
