We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently and be a team player.

The successful candidate should possess at least 5 years of supervisor experience. You should be able to lead and motivate a large team with the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring high quality standards. You should also have strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring deadlines are met, training staff members, providing customer service support, monitoring safety procedures and resolving any customer complaints. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing data and ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
