We are looking to hire a Hotel Manager for our hotel in Al-Kuwait. This role involves the overall management and operations of the hotel, including all aspects of customer service, sales, staff recruitment and management, budgeting, and financial performance.
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. They should possess excellent people skills and be able to develop relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers. A good understanding of financial management is essential as well as excellent organizational skills.
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing all staff activities, monitoring their performance and providing guidance where needed. They will also be involved in developing strategies to increase occupancy rates while ensuring that customer satisfaction is met at all times. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that all services are running efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to ensure that all messages are being relayed accurately between different departments.
