Job Description

Position Title: Florist
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1600

We are looking for a passionate and creative Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are offering a competitive salary of 1600 and the opportunity for a foreigner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have no experience but be willing to learn quickly.

Job Responsibilities:
• Designing floral arrangements according to customer specifications.
• Preparing flower bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, wreaths, garlands and other decorative items for events or occasions such as weddings, funerals, holidays etc.
• Displaying flowers in the shop window or store shelves to attract customers’ attention.
• Keeping the store clean and well-stocked with flowers, plants and other materials needed for floral arrangements or displays.

Skills & Qualifications:
• A creative eye for detail with an artistic flair for design.
• Knowledge of different kinds of flowers and their ideal care requirements (watering/light levels/temperature etc).
• Ability to work quickly yet maintain accuracy when creating bouquets and arrangements.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds in order to understand their needs accurately.
