Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Security Manager to join its team and manage the security operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for employees, customers, and visitors alike.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role. He/she needs to be well-versed in security policies, procedures and protocols; demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills; be able to work independently; and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies; conducting regular inspections and audits; responding to emergency situations; investigate security breaches; provide training to colleagues on security policies and procedures; monitor access control systems, CCTV cameras, fire alarms, etc.; remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments; liaise with law enforcement agencies as needed; maintain detailed records of all security incidents and investigations.
