We are seeking a Business Manager for a rapidly growing company in Doha. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the business, monitoring budgeting and financial reports, and developing plans to maximize the profitability of the organization.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. He/She must have an in-depth understanding of financial principles and management practices, as well as experience in managing personnel and multiple projects. The successful candidate must be able to keep up with changing trends in business practices and regulations. The ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders is also a requirement.

The Business Manager will be responsible for developing strategies for expanding the business's customer base while maintaining existing customers through effective customer service. This includes creating promotional campaigns that increase awareness of products/services, identifying opportunities for growth within markets, and negotiating contracts with vendors/suppliers. They must also ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding finances and operations.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 Doha currency per month plus other benefits such as health insurance coverage or bonus payments based on performance results. We are open to considering immigrants for this position as well.
