Sales Manager job vacancy in Doha Qatar
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives
β’ Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities
β’ Establish and maintain relationships with key clients
β’ Monitor competition, identify new business opportunities, and develop action plans to capitalize on them
β’ Create reports on sales performance metrics, such as monthly/quarterly/annual sales data and other relevant KPIs
β’ Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
β’ Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in managing a team of sales professionals is an asset
β’ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software; knowledge of financial software is an advantage
β’ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English; Arabic language skills are preferred but not required
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, management teams, etc.
β’ Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1000QAR per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
