Sales Manager job vacancy in Doha Qatar
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients
• Monitor competition, identify new business opportunities, and develop action plans to capitalize on them
• Create reports on sales performance metrics, such as monthly/quarterly/annual sales data and other relevant KPIs
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in managing a team of sales professionals is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software; knowledge of financial software is an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English; Arabic language skills are preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, management teams, etc.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1000QAR per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
