Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing and developing the cuisine of the restaurant, ensuring that high-quality recipes, presentation standards, and menu development are met. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the culinary field and is willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate must have a passion for preparing innovative and creative dishes while maintaining food safety standards. They should also be able to lead a team of chefs with confidence and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Create innovative recipes using local ingredients that meet customer expectations
• Plan menus based on market availability and customer preferences
• Supervise kitchen staff including chefs, cooks, dishwashers and other personnel
• Ensure all meals are prepared according to health regulations
• Manage inventory including food costs, wastage levels, etc.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
• Recruit and train new kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications/Skills:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar position
• Proven track record in creating delicious dishes with local ingredients
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to manage a large team of kitchen personnel
• Outstanding communication skills; ability to explain complex cooking techniques clearly
