We are looking for an experienced and qualified Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be expected to take on a leadership role to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Requirements for the candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. They should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a supervisor in a similar environment, with proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting. They should display strong leadership skills, be able to multi-task effectively, and have the ability to motivate staff and manage conflicts. Additionally, they should have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing staff members' activities and providing guidance when needed. They will ensure that employees adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintain high standards of customer service, ensure that products are stored safely, deal with customer queries efficiently, manage inventory levels accurately, perform daily performance checks on staff members, monitor sales activities and report any discrepancies found. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying any areas of improvement in processes or systems.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field; however, relevant work experience may also be considered. They must also have solid computer literacy (MS Office applications). Candidates must have the ability to work long hours as well as weekends if needed. Previous experience working in Qatar is an advantage but not essential.

This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary package of 900 QAR per month depending on qualifications and experience. We are ready to consider candidates from abroad who meet all requirements mentioned above.
