Job Title: Project Manager – Dubai

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1400 AED (negotiable)

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule. The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage resources, delegate tasks, solve problems, create plans, and provide day-to-day oversight to ensure completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of project plans and timelines; coordinate activities between teams or departments to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor progress against project plans; manage budgets and resources to ensure objectives are met
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; adjust project plans as needed in response to changing circumstances or requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders including clients, team members, staff, vendors and other third parties as necessary
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the life cycle of a project; report on progress regularly
• Document all changes made during the course of a project; analyze results for insights into future performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or related role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; strong problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & MS Project management software is preferred • Knowledge of budgeting principles & practices; experience managing budgets is advantageous • Ability to work independently & in a team environment • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure • Flexibility & aptitude for learning new technologies • Willingness to travel domestically & internationally when required • Foreign applicants considered with appropriate visa/working permit status
