We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise location and measurements of land boundaries.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Surveying, Geomatics or related field, with basic knowledge of surveying concepts and principles. Prior experience in land surveying is preferred but not required. The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have the ability to read and interpret blueprints or maps. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential.

The primary duties of the Land Surveyor will include: collecting data on the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land; analyzing survey data and mapping results; operating surveying equipment such as total station or GPS; verifying accuracy of survey data; preparing site plans and diagrams; providing technical advice to clients; supervising technicians during survey operations; performing boundary disputes resolution activities when required; ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
