Executive Chef – Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1200

We are looking for an experienced, creative and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to join a prestigious restaurant with a focus on quality cuisine.

Requirements:
• Experience in the food industry at least 5 years
• Excellent knowledge of culinary trends and classic dishes
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef role
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to manage kitchen staff effectively
• A flair for creating unique dishes with innovative techniques and flavors
• A willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create menus that will appeal to the restaurant’s customers, taking into account seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, budget constraints etc.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently and effectively within budget allocation
• Train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff members to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Ensure all health & safety guidelines are strictly adhered to in the kitchen area • Monitor food stocks levels and order supplies as necessary

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef role • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience • Ability to manage kitchen staff effectively • Good knowledge of food hygiene regulations • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
