We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a high-end restaurant in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and have a passion for delivering quality dishes. As the second in command in the kitchen, the Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in running and managing the daily operations of the kitchen, as well as training and mentoring junior staff.

The successful candidate must possess excellent culinary skills, and be able to create new dishes. They should also have experience with efficient food preparation techniques and health & safety regulations. An ability to work under pressure is essential, as is strong organizational skills. Exceptional customer service skills are also required, as well as experience in menu planning and cost control management.
