Part-Time Merchandiser - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a part-time Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in the retail industry and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Planning and executing merchandising strategies to increase sales and profits.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitoring market trends, analyzing customer demographics, and researching competitors’ strategies.
• Developing promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, etc., to promote products and services.
• Ensuring that store shelves are well-stocked with merchandise.
• Communicating with store personnel to ensure product availability and placement of merchandise on shelves.
• Negotiating prices with vendors for better deals and discounts for customers.
• Maintaining records of all sales transactions and updating inventory levels accordingly.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles, practices, procedures, trends, products, services, pricing structures, etc.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Nationality/Location: Africans (no English required). In addition to being located in Doha, Qatar; we will provide free visa & ticket as well as accommodation for the successful candidate.
