Excavator Operator - Doha

We are looking for a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Doha. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating an excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other structures. This position offers a salary of 900 QAR per month and is open to immigrants.

Demands:
• Proven experience in operating excavators
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads
• Good problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel within Doha region if needed

Responsibilities:
• Drive the excavator over rough terrain while ensuring safety and accuracy
• Operate the excavator according to instructions from supervisors
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, level terrain as per project requirements
• Load soil into trucks or other hauling equipment
• Ensure that the work area is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Follow all safety guidelines when operating equipment

Skills:
• Excellent hand-eye coordination with great manual dexterity • Good spatial awareness for accurate maneuvering of equipment • Understanding of load capacities, weight distribution, balance, etc. • Ability to identify potential hazards associated with excavation work • Good communication skills to understand instructions
