The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the culinary field, with a minimum of 5 years working as a chef in top-level restaurants. The candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work under pressure while managing the kitchen staff. A good knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is highly desirable.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating new recipes and menus, developing the kitchen staff's skills, overseeing daily operations within the kitchen, and ensuring top quality service at all times. You should also be able to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety regulations at all times.
