Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Land Surveyor with experience in the Kuwaiti context to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land, preparing maps and plans, and determining property boundaries. They will use a variety of tools and techniques to measure distances, angles, elevations, areas and other features. This position requires ability to work with accuracy and precision in order to ensure the accuracy of survey results.

Requirements:
Candidates must hold a degree in surveying or related field from a recognized institution. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the land surveying field is required. Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards is essential. A valid driving license is also mandatory as travel within Kuwait may be necessary to complete surveys.

Duties:
The successful candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities including but not limited to: conducting surveys using various techniques; analyzing survey data; assessing accuracy of measurements; preparing maps, plans and diagrams; researching legal documents related to properties; providing technical advice on land usage; maintaining accurate records; working with engineering teams in construction projects; operating specialized survey equipment such as total stations or GPS systems; monitoring progress during construction projects; ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times.
