Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data through the use of surveying equipment and techniques to produce accurate maps, plans, drawings, and reports. This position requires a great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting land surveys using traditional survey methods and advanced technologies (GPS, UAVs etc.)
• Analyzing survey data to produce maps, plans, drawings, and reports
• Creating site plans for residential and commercial projects
• Interpreting deeds and other legal documents related to land surveys
• Updating existing survey records with new information
• Working with clients to determine the scope of their projects
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience working with land surveys in a professional setting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software programs is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1200 KD per month
