Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for a responsible and organized secretary who can provide administrative support to all staff members. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while providing excellent customer service.

Job Description:
The Secretary is responsible for providing organizational and administrative support in the daily operations of the company. The successful candidate will be in charge of answering telephones, taking messages, directing calls, filing documents, preparing reports, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
