Secretary job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the office. Duties include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, sorting mail, organizing documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, taking meeting minutes, managing databases, and performing general clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The successful candidate must also have strong time management and organizational skills with an eye for detail. Previous experience in a secretarial role is preferred but not essential.

This position offers a salary of 1800 per month plus benefits such as health insurance coverage. We are open to considering applicants from outside Kuwait who have the necessary work permits or visas to work in the country.
