Surveyor – Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing detailed reports on the findings.

We offer a competitive salary of AED 1000 per month and are open to considering an immigrant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys to assess the shape, contour, location and dimensions of land parcels.
• Utilize advanced surveying techniques such as GPS, total station and leveling equipment for land surveying projects.
• Prepare detailed survey reports that include property descriptions, measurements, maps and sketches according to the company standards.
• Analyze data collected from surveys to determine site conditions.
• Develop sketches and diagrams of surveyed land areas to present findings in a visually appealing format.
• Maintain records of all survey activities and results in an organized manner.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying/Geomatics or related field preferred but not essential.
• At least 3 years of experience in survey work required.
• Strong knowledge of survey methods, tools and techniques used in surveying activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to multi-task effectively.
• High attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
