Position Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Musaffah, UAE
Salary: AED 900

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Musaffah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, compiling data, and preparing reports for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in land surveying and mapping, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently. We are open to considering foreigners for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed surveys of land using modern survey equipment such as GPS units, total stations, 3D scanners, and robotic total stations
• Compile data collected from surveys into reports that can be used by engineering teams and other stakeholders
• Utilize geographic information systems (GIS) software to create maps and analyze spatial data
• Ensure the accuracy of data collected from surveys by verifying measurements taken onsite
• Communicate with clients to discuss survey requirements and present findings of surveys

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field is preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of land surveying or mapping
• Excellent knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment
• Proficiency in GIS software is highly desired
