We are searching for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department and ensuring that all staff are working efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate should have excellent managerial skills, superb leadership qualities, and outstanding communication abilities. Experience in a supervisory role is preferred, but we are willing to consider applicants with no experience. We welcome immigrants who can bring their unique skills and talents to this position.

The Supervisor will be tasked with creating, implementing, and monitoring strategies that ensure the department runs smoothly while promoting a positive work environment. Other duties may include recruiting/hiring staff, managing payroll and budgets, delegating tasks, managing performance of staff members, resolving conflicts among team members, and providing advice as needed.
