Office Assistant (No English Required, Temporary, Freshers Welcome) – UAE

We are looking for a talented Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah, UAE. This is a temporary role and Pakistani nationals are preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking minutes at meetings, sorting and distributing mail, and other general administrative tasks as needed. They will also provide support to other departments when needed.

As this is an entry-level position we welcome applications from freshers with no prior experience in the field. Fluency in English is not required as long as the applicant speaks Urdu or any other regional language fluently. We are seeking someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
