Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons to students of all levels. This role requires a creative and patient individual who can effectively communicate their knowledge to the class, inspiring students to learn. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of work experience as a teacher and be willing to work with children in different age groups.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Teacher is to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the learning needs of every student. The Teacher is also expected to evaluate student performance and provide feedback to ensure that learning objectives are being met. Additionally, the Teacher is required to facilitate communication between parents/guardians, school administrators, and other teachers on behalf of their students. Other duties include but are not limited to: creating lesson plans and assessment strategies; designing classroom activities; participating in school events; promoting positive behavior; providing additional support for students with special needs; managing student conduct issues; maintaining classroom discipline; managing resources; participating in professional development activities.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of one year of teaching experience or equivalent qualifications. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with both adults and children and have strong organizational abilities. They should also be able to think critically and make sound decisions quickly in order to maintain safety in the classroom environment. Additionally, knowledge concerning curriculum development, assessment strategies, and best practices in teaching is preferred but not required as training will be provided upon hire.

Salary: 1000 AED per month
