Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of dishes, following traditional recipes.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared using the freshest ingredients.
• Supervise the kitchen staff in order to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Monitor food stock levels and order new supplies when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a chef (preferred) • Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and food hygiene regulations • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational skills • Attention to detail
